Foundation Title, LLC was founded by a group of Title Industry professionals with a vision to create an agency that provided the best in Title Insurance and Settlement Services.

Their vision was based upon the following principles:

• Hiring the best in the business. Foundation’s strength is in its people. Our staff is trained to be focused on our client’s needs.
• Acquiring the best in technology. As a relatively young agency, Foundation has the ability to take advantage of emerging technologies to make our products and services the best they can be. From online ordering to on-site settlements, there is no limit to what we can do.
• Understanding Acceptable Risk. One thing that sets us apart from the competition is our understanding that as an insurance provider, it is our duty to evaluate and accept certain risks in order to facilitate real estate settlements. We are not in the business of leaving open issues after closings, but we are able to distinguish a serious title defect from an inconvenient mistake, and our examiners are empowered to make decisions as to which risks we will accept.

Foundation began operations from one office in Mercerville, NJ. As of today we continue to operate in Mercerville as our main branch and examining office, as well as Woodbury, Metuchen, Ocean Township, Bridgeton, Morristown, and Whitehouse Station. In addition we have entered into 3 successful Affiliated Business Agreements with Elite Choice Title, LLC, Stonebridge Abstract, LLC and Picciuto Title, LLC.  Foundation’s workforce has tripled in just two years of operation and more growth is expected.
